The sun worshippers’ favourite powder! Carotenoids are natural pigments found in carrots. They are found in plant green particles. The most well-known carotenoids source is (beta-carotene). In humans and animals, beta, alpha, and gamma carotene, as well as beta-cryptoxanthin, are converted to vitamin A.
Carrots have the second highest concentration of carotenoids after spirulina, with 99 mg/100 g. Carotenoids protect skin cells from UV radiation from the sun. It also encourages tanning. Carrot powder is a summer man product, along with sea buckthorn.
