They designed this durable, practical, and user-friendly backpack to make the most of your vacation with your dog. The Amundsen pack has been used on several excursions, including crossings of Norway and Svalbard. The Amundsen pack has two large rolltop bags (zipper for sizes XXS and XS). These are strengthened with aramid fibers and can withstand heavy wear from rocks and rough vegetation. A ripstop cover protects them from rain. The cover has two zippered pockets for quick access as well as a see-through window for storing a compass or contact information. The back attachment loop is similar to the ones on the harnesses, a loop with a gliding metal ring on it.

This pack was designed to provide comfort for the dog while carrying. The bags are designed to carry the heaviest weights over the shoulders of the dog. Many adjustable straps and the padded neck can be adjusted to distribute the weight on the dog. A wide chest plate helps in keeping the pack stable and comfortable.
