Product Description

Amphibian Rescue Line

The RescueLine is a more powerful version of Anfibio throwbags. The rope, unlike the LifeLine, has a Dyneema core. This makes it heavier, but it also provides a better grip and can be used in technical rescues (with pulleys, HMS and abseiling equipment). Tensile strength is three times that of human holding forces (1150kg).

A throw bag is the most important rescue device for any boater. It’s a must-have for whitewater enthusiasts. Similar to a rope team in the mountains, such safety equipment is your partner’s lifeline. It allows you to reach, tow, and rescue swimmers in the current, especially if they are stuck in a hole or under a low bridge. It is commonly used to protect at difficult steps.

A throw bag, on the other hand, is a multifunctional item. It can be used as a clothesline to dry wet paddling clothes, to wire your tent/tarp, to bear-proof your food, or to store abseiling material. A rope is useful in a variety of situations on any trip.

Please keep in mind that using a throwbag requires practice. There are numerous instructions and even specific courses available on the internet.
