Welcome to the northern side of the Arctic Circle to experience the true magic of Lapland’s nature!
Begin your holiday by exploring Rovaniemi’s main attractions with your guide, and at the end of the day we’ll take you to your accommodation in Ivalo. In addition to Northern Lights excursions, you’ll enjoy a wide range of activities that connect you with local nature and culture.
What to Expect
Highlights of the trip include exploring the Arktikum Science Centre, visiting Santa Claus Village, and discovering the award-winning Siida Museum, where you can delve into the culture and history of the Sámi, the Indigenous people of Lapland. A visit to a local reindeer farm will give you insight into the importance of reindeer herding in the North and the chance to see reindeer up close.
If you wish to meet Santa Claus and his elves, we know their secret hideaway and would be delighted to take you there for an unforgettable experience. Otherwise, we have many other equally magical activities to offer you.
This week-long journey gives you the best opportunity to witness the most spectacular Northern Lights of your life. Admire the scenery on a snowshoe hike, feel the thrill of speed on a snowmobile, and savor a meal made from fish you’ve caught yourself. In the evenings, it’s the perfect time to chase the Northern Lights and unwind in the comforting warmth of a sauna after a day spent in the winter outdoors.
