The leash does not spin up since the carabiner spins on a swivel. The Bungee Leash comes in two lengths. The two-meter leash provides excellent control over your dog and is ideal for running and hiking. The 2.8 meter keeps your dog safe from the skis or bike when doing activities like skijoring or riding.
