The Suomi-Finland Knife: Symbol of Finnish Resilience

The Suomi-Finland Knife, with a history spanning over 20 years, was initially created to celebrate Finland’s 80 years of independence in 1997. In 2009, it underwent a design update. The knife features a bronze cast Finnish Lion at the handle’s end, embodying the resilient spirit of Finnish heritage. The Lion is also engraved on the sheath. Recognized as the “Stamina Knife” (Sisupuukko in Finnish), it has been presented to athletes at various Olympic Games as a symbol of extreme perseverance. Delivered in a wooden gift box.
