Haven XL Camping Hammock

They took all of the outstanding features of the original Haven Tent and expanded on them! This XL camping hammock can support heavy weight and is large enough to fit tall persons.

This hammock design works with your body frame to help keep the area open; for campers weighing less than 160 lb (72 kg), the standard Haven Tent is recommended.

Even though this camping hammock is designed to hold heavy weight, the product itself still packs down into a convenient, lightweight kit.

For the flattest, most comfortable setup we recommend you order the Haven XL with our insulated sleeping pad. It is designed to fit snugly inside, giving the hammock more structure.

  • Suspension arcs keep the sidewalls low, support the flat sleeping platform, and make getting in and out of the hammock a comfort.
  • Internal spreader bars prevent the hammock from collapsing on you.
  • The horizontal tube sleeping pad fits tightly within the tent and offers a comfortable, insulated surface while preventing the tent sides from wrapping around you.
  • The structural ridgeline allows you to lay flat regardless of tree spacing.
  • Waterproof - 4000mm waterproofing for the rainfly and 3000mm for the hammock body. There's no reason to be worried about the weather.
  • The hammock is exceptionally stable due to the fixed-elevated anchor points. It's impossible to flip!

Despite its larger size, the Haven XL weighs almost the same as the regular Haven Tent. Although the XL hammock body and rainfly are lighter than the original, the pad is bigger and composed of the same 40d material. We kept this XL hammock lightweight by using unique materials:

  • Hammock bottom: 70d ripstop polyester
  • Hammock sidewalls: 40d ripstop polyester
  • Rainfly: 20d ripstop polyester

These materials shed weight without giving up any waterproofing. The Haven XL features 4000mm waterproofing for the rainfly and 3000mm for the hammock body.
